We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us first at support@diyaglow.com. Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.
